Uh from vet boats vets boats to say a few words.

Well uh thank you to the City of San Francisco and to the Board of Supervisors for allowing me to come up.

Uh just a quick introduction.

My name is Matt Gettelman.

I live in District 4 at Seacliff.

Uh I work at Goldman Sachs downtown uh and I'm also a veteran.

So I went to West Point and served five years in the Army.

Uh so thank you again for having us.

So what I'd like to say about the organization uh just first and foremost is it's uh founded by Vec.

Veterans for veterans.

It's been around for 14 years now.

And uh, you know, I think the biggest thing that I can say to the city and county is how meaningful and impactful, and we do have a large homeless veteran population as well as just veterans at writ large.

We work we work a lot with sorts of plowshares, which we know has a deep connection with the city.

Um and what I would like to say is just thank you.
