At least one of them is arguing that this is the wrong level of review, that this is a program level review, and it should be a project level review.
And I know you've already said this, but could you say it again slowly for me?
Um, why this is the appropriate level of review at this time for this document?
Yeah.
For this document, um at the time we started the analysis, not all of the details are available and in order to encompass the broadest scope of
analysis we included some things at a program level.
We know that they're going to have to clip things
Wires near the border.
They could be within those general areas.
We made broad assumptions as to how big an area that would be,
very long time and would probably
robust understanding of the environmental impacts of this proposed project.
And and presumably at each step along the way, if decision makers have to take further decisions, we're gonna have to look at this document, figure out whether this document
adequately evaluates all of the environmental impacts, whether there have been changes or new impacts at that time, when that action is taken, whenever that is taken.
So we're sort of establishing a foundation here.
And we won't know what we don't know until.
