They're terrified, they know they're at risk.

Um and if you've if you're in somewhere like New York, where there's widespread community transmission, people, ordinary people in the community are terrified as well because they've seen, you know, they know people who've died, who've um become infected, who are in hospital.

And uh they're fearful for their own safety and that of their loved ones.
