We really use uh use these end to end processes, AI assisted, I have to admit.
That's uh that's something where we can then differentiate because you're faster, you are easier how you appear to to your customer and client, and uh there is no paperwork anymore, you know.
And you avoid certain topics that you still have today.
In the transaction banking, I don't know, if you send money from Japan to Europe, you need certain steps, you know, that and at the same time the clients inst expect to be instant.

And that might look differently uh than in some years.
So how d taking taking decisions, um I think we I uh if I if I look at myself, you always have different layers.
For sure you you by yourself, you have a certain for yourself you take a decision on something.
Before you even go into a discussion, you have a certain opinion.
Pre predecision taken, let's put it like that.
Or you can call it opinion.
And what I then really try to do a lot is uh to bring in all the different arguments, but ch uh not from everyone.
So I think there's also no need to have always a
basic democratic uh decision-making process, but from the people who are really affected and who are relevant in a specific topic.
Because otherwise you engage your entire team on on everything.
And this is also sometimes that's also not helpful.
So you need to focus on on these colleagues who can really contribute.
