So I had the same question like school district collaboration.
I have raised this issue earlier too.
Like we are short technically if we our projections are three acres for per thousand, we are short by 80 plus acres of park plan.
So two question, what are our plans to fulfill that 80 acres basically?
short-term and long-term.
Secondly, how we can proactively and on priority engage with school district.
I know we have a YAC center agreement with them to how we are utilizing school district property on the YAC, but how we can collaborate to make sure we are taking this on priority and our residents are able to use 152 acres of the school district parks.
Second is Northside 35-acre park.
What are our plans?
Because related project development is – we are not definitely – there's no definite plans for that.
Are we basically bound that unless they do something, we will not be able to do it?
So whatever our plans, if at all, independently build that 35-acre plan, 35-acre park, basically, how we can make it happen outside of related development, basically, because that's our land, not related land.
They agreed to give us, I think, $5 million or something for it, but ultimately the city has to develop it based on that.
Use of technology.
How we can implement the use of technology to book, having access to all the community centers or even the restrooms throughout the city.
We are lacking that implementation of that technology and that hampers or sometimes it's not even convenient for residents to make use of the facilities.
We talked about parks under our jurisdiction, and there are parks which are to be maintained by the private landlords, basically, within their jurisdiction.
