Yes, it has to have a certain degree of quality, 100%, but the story is gonna be more important.
So let's say this, Oba becomes WWE champion or world champion.
Brock challenges him for a title, Oba tells him, my title, your career.
Now we go into WrestleMania already knowing this could be Brock's last match.
I think that would really sell that match.
