Like Shingun tonight with the ball in his hands looked the way you would want Shingun to look if he were going to continue to take steps into being

a poor man's Jokic, if you will.

I forgive the expression, but, like, he made some tough-ass shots.

Like, he was really creating and scoring in a way with the ball in his hands out of necessity that was, you know, like, a step, if you will.

But, like, when you bring KD back, those opportunities don't exist.

I'm not lobbying for, you know, one decision or the other, like, but...

The question becomes, do you want them as an organization to continue taking steps?

Because eventually if they're stepped far enough into stardom, you have to ask KD to take a backseat.

And I don't know where they're at.

Like they have to figure that out.

I would say this just real quick as far as a man goes.

I want to see him late in the game.

He had a little hezy pull from the free throw line.

Looked kind of smooth.

He's really hesitant to shoot the ball.

He needs to take that step.

Like, I'm just keeping it a buck.

Like, he's got a lot of great shit going for him.

But if he's going to be that kind of player that we thought he could be, like, his skill set has to continue to develop in terms of I will shoot this thing.

I'm not afraid to shoot this thing.
