Um and I think I think public markets are often mispriced in significant ways. podcast-host

Um, and so one thing you mentioned, George, because I, you know, I I've been through this like only for a few months, but you know, as a as a public company CEO, and I've seen it like you know, you mentioned the price targets and the analyst reports are you know, people don't trust them, and I think it's for a good reason. podcast-host

You know, those price targets. podcast-host

Targets and stuff are often totally bogus. podcast-host

And like what what companies can do is they can cut side deals to like you know get like better ratings, you know, from like investment banks. podcast-host

And then those like investment banks um publish, you know, those price targets are published on like you know the brokerage page, um, you know, as a signal that this is a good stock or you know, whatever. podcast-host

So you pay more money to an investment firm or whatever, you do cut a side deal with them. podcast-host

Like, for example, you can pay them. podcast-host

them for some other service, right? podcast-host

Uh which is unrelated to their their analyst arm, then they'll actually give you a a favorable rating on your on uh the analyst will give you a favorable rating on the other side, even though they're not supposed to talk to each other. podcast-host
