We've seen that a few instances.
Like last year was American Eagle, where there was a kind of conflation of Sydney Sweeney has great genes and it kind of going down the path of eugenics, etcetera.
And when I was at Unilever, we had a few brands where there was negative reactions to the campaigns that we put out.
Because what will go viral is gonna be something provocative, something that's more maybe societal and cultural related.
There are stories that could prick the wrong
kind of reaction.
Virality is not always going to be positive.
The most viral things are always going to be negative.
Brand content, but if it really, you know, rub me the wrong way, or if I thought there was something, you know, which I could make a big deal of, you know, as a negative, then I'm I'm more likely to do that.
And in all of those instances, you could be talked about and you could go viral.
But as a brand, are you going viral for reasons
that make clear to people
What's in it for them?
And therefore, your fit of the category to that topic that you are tapping into is it should be a really close fit, right?
Tony Chocolate, that's a chocolate brand, and they're talking about inequality in the cocoa ecosystem.
And you have ST and they talk about taboos and all of that with feminine hygiene.
It's a fit.
It could be talked about, it could go viral, it could be all of that, but they're
still a clear link of who you are as a brand and what what your product is and why you then have the license to be in that moment and and talk about that topic.
But is that what you want, you know?
