It was a really surreal moment over the weekend when we saw that SNL spoofed actors on actors and did Variety's characters on characters.

I don't know if you guys saw it or not with the Grinch and Mrs. Santa Claus.

It was just really, really funny.

I couldn't believe it watching at home.

But this is really the big internet series.

It's a viral internet series.

We partnered this year with CNN.

So all the conversations are on YouTube, on Variety's YouTube page and also on CNN's new streaming platform.

And what I do is this is months of work.

I start in early fall, sometimes even in the summer, and I really want the best conversations possible.

So I pair the best performances of the year, the actors that deliver those performances together.

So this year we had everyone from Julia Roberts to Sean Penn, Ariana Grande to Adam Sandler, and our season finale, which I've wanted Leonardo DiCaprio to do this for years.
