Very amazing. You should get rid of the CHIP Act and whatever's left over. Mr. Speaker, you should use it to reduce debt or any other reason you want to.
Why are the decisions of this body so awful? Because there's a printing press. I had a conversation with one of my Democrat colleagues and he said. I said, we have to make a choice. You've got to decide whether you want to help the poor in our country or you want to help the poor in Ukraine or help whoever you're paying in Ukraine. He says, we shouldn't have to make a choice.

Everything else is borrowed.
