If you lose that argument, you still can argue insanity at the time of the murder.

I mean, you've named them.

It really doesn't matter what you call them, and it's state by state.

Each state calls them different things, but you're giving the jury options.

If there are people on the jury that say,

There's something wrong with him.

I can't find that he's a normal person that just intentionally went after this person and did it.

I want to give him some minor little break because he's got mental issues.

They'll use one of those other excuses to convict and say he had mental issues, mental, you know, but you're right.

You name three or four of them, they're called a whole bunch of different things depending on which state you're in.

But there are other options besides murder one.
