And I think that's very important is to, how do you get in, Dexter, and not be overwhelmed?
Well, it starts with education.
For me, because I've grown up around him, my dad was my first mentor.
I wouldn't have called him that, but just looking at his life, he was.
And then I started searching for other mentors.
One of the things I talk about in the book is there's something called REIA, which stands for Real Estate Association.
It escapes me right now, but R-E-I-A.
You can look it up in your local area.
There are tons of them.
And, you know, there are local meetings that you can go to for, some have fees, some don't, and you can just go and start sitting in and getting the education.
