Well, I think, first of all, let's look at generational wealth being more than just money.

It's a lot of things.

Now, we're talking money because this is the topic, but I think a wealthy mindset is something that needs to be passed down first of all.

That's the first thing, meaning that my dad passed that down.

I'd have recognized, but he passed that down to me.

I inherited that.

That was generational.

He got that from his father.

So I think the mindset, first of all, and then as the mindset is passed down, then you begin, Brother Sean, to

find out the different avenues of doing it.

Because real estate is not the only avenue of doing it.

Some people don't do nothing with real estate, but they have a business.

Or some people have stocks.

So it doesn't matter the asset class.

You just need one, and you need one that will allow you to create this thing called leverage.

I talk a lot about my book about the power of the importance of having leverage.

Because what leverage does, it allows you to make more money with less effort.
