It's houses.

Why would that be overcoming fear?
Well, because I think real estate is probably the, in most people's cases, is the largest purchase they're ever going to make.
I don't care where, what you are.
So if you're buying me, I'm in Boston, Massachusetts, man.
The median house price in Massachusetts just went over $600,000.
So for the most part, you're looking at, I'm about to make a purchase for $600,000 and maybe I've never done it before.
And so that's why I believe fear is the biggest thing you have to help people overcome.
And you overcome that through education.
You overcome that through networking and things of that nature.
And so that's why we attack fear first, because if you can get past the fear and purchase your first house, brother Shem, I believe it's life-changing.
