The love of Christ compels me.
I preach the gospel almost every day for 12 years and didn't see any fruit.
Hardly any fruit.
Once or twice, some lady smacked me in the mouth and then punched me in the face.
And some guy came down from the crowd.
He says, I was just praying, God, would you please show me if you're real?
And I saw that, and I want to come to Christ.
I thought, well, that's amazing.
That happened because I got a smack in the mouth.
What will it take to bring revival?
All those years was just a matter of sowing in tears.
And that's what we're doing when we're Christians.
We're sowing the seed of God's word.
I'm not out to get a decision.
That's not a success.
I'm out to sow in someone's heart.
And if someone listens to me, that's great success.
I end up by saying, do you understand what we've talked about today?
And they say, yeah, I really do.
I understand this.
