There's a whole different culture, like in Europe, generally speaking, and in the U.K.

There's an establishment culture, right?

And here, you could be 25, have a blue streak in your hair, and have the talent.

But if you got the talent to pull it off, you can get the resources and you can be an entrepreneur.

There's a culture of that.

That means that it's happening more.
