It's uh it's been a labor of love for me.
You know, I've been here half my life, you know, twenty-eight years, and uh, you know, it's it's coaching in an urban environment, right, and and dealing with some of the issues that that come around that, field space and you know, leadership and putting in the right uh perspective of how you want to develop players and and and and uh and teams in that area.
Uh amazing player pool.

So great diversity.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, very, very, very diverse, you know, and we have a club that's really committed to that all around.
Not just inside the lines, you know, in developing players and teams, but outside the lines.
But our mission of, you know, just bringing everybody together and and doesn't matter what your socioeconomic background is, you know, we'll we'll make it available to you to play.
You know?
So it's uh it's a great place.
I love it.
I always tell people, you know, when you have players that go on to the professional level, you know, we help them along the way.
But they're there because of them.
