these different whether they are gonna be an owner of a franchise or whether they're gonna be an executive in a franchise organization
Um and and or it start as an employee in in a franchise operation and learn from the inside out and and work up and like many, many uh great successful
owners have done over the years from Truitt Cathy to you know, you g you go through 'em all.
That they they started real small and they worked their ways and and ways up and and we actually showed the uh
the founder, the movie the founder to all the students in school and then we had a a Q and A session after it with uh three of us uh from franchising
um from Chick-fil-A and from Sloane's ice cream that
Um and myself that w answered questions from the kids and and uh and and I I need to stop calling them kids 'cause they're really not kids.
They're they're they're really young adults that have d just they're flourishing in front of us.

With the center also.
that what we've done and and Stan's been a part of this is create some programs that other franchise organizations can benefit from as well.
So
There's a uh you know, a sales boot camp as was mentioned earlier.
Uh that's in January and we're we're putting together programs to help franchise ours and kind of matching them up with the students, but but also uh there's gonna be a benefit to being on this advisory board and we feel really strong that we wanna bring other
benefits to franchise organizations that join up and
do the right thing.
