and make sure that it's done the right way.

And, you know, look, that starts with each n every one of us and

For me

I've got three boys.

They're twenty seven, twenty four and twenty one and

The twenty seven and twenty four year olds are already here working full time and

and doing a great job and they have a a a great respect for the history of franchising and what it's done for so many people out there.

And my twenty one year old, he's a senior in college this year, so we're gonna let him figure it out another year before he can decide what he wants to do.

But but each of 'em make their own decision and and but you need to see it.

and and and live it.

And that's what I think our job is

You know, this this generation is

i is a great generation.

I I don't know about you guys as we celebrate Paul's uh sixty fur first birthday here.

Uh I don't know about you guys, but I hear a lot of guys and a lot of people our ages complain about this generation not working the same way or not doing the same things or

expecting different things.

And I can tell you that's all part of that is true but

what they're missing is how great this next generation is and how smart they are and how creative they are.
