It's related to file safety and spending some time creating evacuation routes for our residents on the west side.
Yeah, it's true.

And if we can put a study session to that on the agenda item, at some point, that's just my suggestion.
Yeah, the council procedures manual actually does say that we can do this right now, even though how the agenda sits.
So just for future reference, I'm happy to follow what the mayor's preferences are, but the procedure manual does say this today in the manual.
I also object to that's why I like Councilmember Moan very much.
Um I think the challenges in this room, many housing advocacy groups and other lobbyists have pushed really hard in the past to tell certain members that they had to be recused and we applied the same standard on the FPPC requirement.
Uh even though maybe that was incorrect, um it just feels that this is unfair.
I'll just leave it at that.

Uh I wanted to correct a small but important item.
I think the Planning Commission did not provide it in a unanimous vote.
It was three two as listed, but it was stated as unanimous.
Um also wanted to say at the uh July second meeting, when we could talk about actual upzoning on July second, twenty twenty six, and the planning commission meeting, it was mostly dominated on all questions except for anything
around upzoning.
