She's wanted one for a long time.

I guess she just doesn't like where they're living.

But, unfortunately, every time she brings it up to him, he shuts her down immediately.

And he's like making up excuses, he's telling her that they can't get a new house, they have other things they need to spend the money on.

But the thing is, Joe knows that they could get a new house if they wanted, he doesn't want to get a new house because he doesn't want to apply for a loan.

He knows that applying for a loan would mean that they have to allow lenders to dig through their finances.

And the second anyone digs through their finances, his entire insurance scheme will get exposed.

And he's not about to let that happen.

However, Tina doesn't want to give up on this idea.

She's determined to get a new house.

So she keeps pushing him.

And that same year, 2008, she finally decides that she's done waiting.

Whether Joe agrees or not, she's going to get a new house.

Somehow.

And that is where the story gets dark.

See, Joe understands that Tina really wants a new house and that he can't get one without risking getting caught.

And so he starts to panic.

I mean, he doesn't want to go to prison.

Who would?

He then comes up with this insane plan.
