I have an insolvency accounting background and then got really passionate about investing.

So I've just been reading a lot of books, listening to your Australian Investors podcast episodes on the train to work, train back to work at home.

First investment was Rectify Technologies.

Tell us a little bit about this.

I'll probably call it a microcap.

So it's got $50 million market capitalization.

That's very, very small.

I was essentially looking for companies with a lot of free cash flow, strong balance sheet.
