You should not mock him and uh

Uh he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom.

Uh which was an expression of

of a belief in eternal life.

And our Lord said, Today you will be with me in paradise.

And so we believe that that that thief was actually w one of the first to share in the grace of salvation that Christ won.

And uh and they so they did that with the the the two thieves that were buried with them, the two criminals.

And so they they didn't break his legs, but when the Roman soldier pierced his side, going into his heart, with the spear,

And the scripture says that blood and water flowed out.

And for us this is a a sign of the sacramental grace that comes to us in virtue of Christ's passion and death.

Uh and it's the the water baptism, the blood of the Holy Eucharist, the body and blood of Christ.
