If everyone just had the opportunity to choose whatever kind of health care they wanted, the costs would go down.

Your average MD isn't trying to thwart naturopathic doctors, but it's the lobbying organizations.
So the lobbying organizations, in my estimation, in my opinion, they pretend to be on the side of the doctors and lobbying for what they want, but really they're lobbying for what the special interests want.

And who are some of these groups?

So for instance, in Florida, naturopathic medicine has been illegal since the 50s.
Governor DeSantis, hello.
So the good news is the bill did pass the House and the Senate, and we are waiting for Governor DeSantis to sign it.
However, the AMA there, the state, because medicine's all licensed at the state level.
A lot of people don't know this because the AMA is so powerful in so many places, but it's all at the state level.
So they are lobbying so hard to prevent that bill from being signed into law.
And there's other states that have tried so hard, like Texas.
That's another one that's really hard to we're only naturopathic medicines only licensed in like 26 states and jurisdictions.
