as P&G are coming into the competition.

I was asked three or four years ago, if you're going to start a new team, who's the first player you'd sign?

And back then I said I'd sign Isaiah first, second, and third.

Great leader, great communicator, a really clever footballer.

He's smart.

But the really crucial thing about Azeo, and I reckon he's one they'll look to target, is that there are real challenges with this P&G team.

There's some great pluses.

Here are a couple of the drawbacks.

Number one is health and safety, right?

Health and safety is primary.

However, once the PNG Chiefs got announced, from my understanding, the government have worked really hard to start to clean up on crime and increase health.

Apparently, that's been significant.

So they're on their way there.

But the other one is the close living quarters.

Now, this is kind of – you've got to be a good recruiter anyway.

But the most imperative thing –

that they do is they almost to be forensic-like with their recruitment.

If they don't have really strong leaders in that facility, resort, compound, whatever you want to call it, if you have some shitbags in there and you don't have the proper leadership, I'm telling you, it could combust.

As we know, I've seen clubs torn apart by players who have fallen out, don't like each other.
