And so that's a great question.

And the good news is El Nino quiets it for pretty much the entire Atlantic region.

And so those strong upper level winds don't allow those systems to develop off the coast of Africa in the mid-Atlantic.

And so it's those strong wind shear because of the warm waters in the Pacific that's really putting the quietus on our system.

And so it's one of those years.

It's going to be a quiet year.
