Why are typhoons in the western Pacific seeming much more stronger than our counterpart hurricanes here in the Atlantic?
And that is kind of a a s a question that's but basically uh just but the way the atmosphere works because of the Coriolis force and the way the earth spins and the region that these storms develop in.
It's much more conducive.
They do get the warmer temperatures there and also they start with a bigger seed if you
Will.
We start with basically nothing that has to spin up out in the open Atlantic, or we start with the thunderstorms that roll off the coastline of Africa that start to spin.
And they they actually start with bigger storm complexes to begin with.
And so that helps them or hurts them actually because they get the bigger, stronger systems.
