I feel like we always have to preface it with that because even as quiet as last season was, I'm sure those that were affected by the one big monster hurricane we did have did not feel like it was a quiet season.

And I want to bring in Brandon Lashbrook really quickly.

And the answer this year is hopefully never, of course.

But unfortunately, it's usually August and October is when we kind of get a little bit more worried in Tampa because of the way that the hurricanes curve into the Gulf there.
