I mean, if you could count me from three minutes to zero, I would take it for an interview or with a panel because I can then structure, self-structure the question.

Sometimes they don't give me any times in my ear and they just let us chat.

Well, that's great if it's 10 minutes.

But if it's three minutes, I have to self-structure the chat I'm having based on how much time I have left, based on who's done how much talking and who is owed some seconds, especially if somebody's gone for one minute out of three and I've still got the other two to go.

Now, you would think, oh, that's just two minutes each.

But then it becomes question, question, question.

That's boring.

I need question, question back to you, over to you, maybe a finish from you and a one line from you.

That's what I want.

So as much time as you could have given to you is really important.

So I would say you need to have a conversation.

You need to be strong and they need to get better because the taking the time for other people thing is not fair and it's not good and it's not what we should be doing.
