And so I was like, no, you know, as a young person, no, you're both wrong.

I'm going to do it.

I'm going to be the one that succeeds.

And the deal with my dad was...

I won't go to drama school.

So a bit like Juilliard in New York, there's lots of drama schools in London.

That's where I really wanted to go after high school.

But dad was like, uh-uh, you need to get a degree.

And I said, well, I don't want to go to Oxford because they don't do drama as a degree.

And he said, right, well, the compromise is you can't go to drama school, but you go to university and you can go and do drama at university and find a good gig.

Could you go to Cambridge maybe?
