And it's wonderful to have an excuse to just sit and stare at a flower.

And I think that process

It's not so much about you as something that you are giving back to the other earthlings in your environment.

And that can be really freeing uh for so many people.

Yeah, when it I think that that connection to other creatures is really, really central to a lot of the isolation and loneliness that people feel.

Like we are

surrounded by songbirds who are saying things to each other.

Sometimes we can even understand those things.

Like s I there's a bird outside of my house that when my dog comes outside always makes the same call.

And I know what that bird is saying.

It's really exciting and

When you start to recognize the trees and um the butterflies and the flowers as you walk around, it's literally like you have friends, you know.

I'm always like, Hey, hey, I know you.

And when I see like a very rare flower, it's like meeting a celebrity.

It's just like amazing experience.

And I

I often wonder if much of the isolation that people experience.
