It doesn't work for me either, but for the people that do maybe manage a lot of people that have a lot of back to back to back meetings or in a back to back to back meeting kind of culture or last meeting, last minute meeting kinds of culture because it's super fast paced.
What what are some of the strategies you might give to them around managing their time to feel less overwhelmed by it?
To that, to them and yeah,

Sometimes it's just really is not the right fit of a culture or a job type or whatever it might be.
So absolutely.
I've controlled what I can control and it's still
draining to me at the end of the day and not giving me the kind of life and joy that I want says a lot about where you're at.
One of the the tools I give to my ambitious and balanced coaching program and to my group, um, where I teach uh I teach a like a three-month process to uh meant to work-life balance essentially and sustainability in work-life balance.
And so one of the tools I talk about, you called it like a clarity compass.
I would imagine this might be similar on some level.
Um mine's called the yes criteria, where you come to like three to five.
No more than five for sure, but like three to five points of like you get to say yes to this thing.
Oftentimes it's like meeting related.
Every meeting gets filtered through the yes criteria.
