Very true.
Um, but I think the key thing about that and the key thing about other studies that we've looked at is that we're not just asking, you know, we didn't ask just people off the street.
And a lot of the studies didn't just ask people off the street.
They asked
patients and surrogate decision makers who had reported that they had made
decisions for somebody themselves or somebody else for serious illness.
When they thought about that situation, did they think advanced care planning was helpful or would have been helpful?
And those are the very people that say they want it, they want their doctor to speak up about it, that they feel that it's incredibly important, that they want to do it because they want to decrease burden on their family members and friends, that that's one of their biggest motivations.
So I I think
You know, when we think about advanced care planning, and again when Ryan and I talked about this, that is so powerful and really makes us take pause the really, and we've said this in our paper, really the onus is on us to figure out how to do this since we're hearing from the people who are actually living through these experiences that they need it and sort of and sort of want it.

Yeah, and I think all the all the trials that we found as well, you know, none of them had been included in any prior systematic review and were not included in the Jimenez paper.
So I think that's another addition.
For whatever reason, they hadn't made it into
prior systematic reviews.
And to Ryan's point too, not only I think were the studies that were included in the system the 80 systematic reviews, many of them were of poor quality, but the systematic reviews themselves were of poor quality.
So taking that into perspective, it's Ryan saying like
You know, we we felt like we really wanted to just hone in last ten years highest quality R C T data.
