So school is failure.

And if those parents, maybe they can't read, maybe they can't write, and bring them in to school to show that,

It's difficult for the parents because if the Guards and the government aren't doing anything for these kids, they're not holding them accountable for their actions, they're not doing anything to hold them accountable for anything that they've done.

Do you really think the kids are going to listen to their parents if they're not being... by the law?

But you also can't blame the parents for everything.

You have to think about the surrounding areas.
