It was a different world.

Total reality, you know?

Oh, divine timing, I think, is the short answer to that one because

I I had just finished those degrees at AFTAS and I got a random phone call one day that said

You know, we we need to quickly fill someone to do the call sheets like on the production desk because someone had left quite abruptly.

And at this point I hadn't done call sheets in ten years, but I stuck my hand up and said, look, happy to jump in for a couple of months or weeks or whatever to help you get you through.

I ended up staying in that position for a couple of months before a script coordinator position opened up in the script department.

And yeah, once that happened, I made the move over and I've been there now for nine years.

Yeah.

So so I obviously love it a lot and I've done quite a few roles in the script department now.

Yeah.

And it's just it's great.

I love it.

I it's the longest relationship I've ever had.

I think that's saying something.

Yeah, of course.

So the most junior role in the script department would be the script coordinators.

Or I sometimes call them like a brain exchange because they are responsible for all of the incomings and outgoings of all of the scripts that are in all of their various stages as well of evolution.

So you know you've got writers' drafts, director's release, shooting releases, edit drafts.

Um so they're coordinating all of that.
