When you wake up in the morning, take the first, if nothing else, the first step.
10 minutes of your day to connect with you.
If you believe in God, the universe, whomever you believe in, connect with that being and yourself.
Leave that phone out of the room on the nightstand.
And it's such a simple, powerful practice.
And I'm telling you, start to bring back that writing.
Writing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
And simply ask yourself this one question.
How am I feeling today?
Take five to 10 minutes to write the answer, pen to paper, allow your mind to just go.
And you're going to see how much more peaceful you feel as you start your day.
And then that just starts your day off on the right foot.
So then when you open up your bedroom door and it's time to connect with your family and you walk into your office and you connect with your team, you're doing so from a more aligned place because you've taken the time to connect with the most important person in your life first.
