And I think also museums r rely largely on word of mouth.

Research when I was looking into it shows about 40% of museum and ticket sales come from word of mouth.

Or when we're visiting a new city, we look for recommendations of what's good out there.
So having something that stands out like an attraction or an experience really helps add to that interest to buy tickets and
Yeah, I I think it's a really interesting idea that we can work on more.
I don't think there's that many well, I think that the inherent storytelling that is in history and education that comes, you know, with a museum experience, that's what we sort of gives museums a head start because that there's more context and more meaning over entertainment.
Already built in.
So it doesn't require as much of the placemaking techniques that we use to ground attractions.
They're already there because of the way that the visitor wants to come and learn, wants to hear more about history, learn more about a city, learn more about a period of time or a culture.
And so I think a lot of times when you talk to visitors who go to museums
there's a reason why one museum stands out over another and why they talk about it and why they recommend it to people.
