Which at the moment, China and Russia are not engaged in any way in Greenland and clearly can be worked out with Denmark and the government of Greenland that you're not going to do any deals with China and Russia.
If the United States invades a NATO country, Greenland, it may very well tear apart NATO.
And can you put that back together?
I don't know.
I'm curious about this.
I guess I am a little conspiracy-oriented.
There is, Donald Trump had an hour and a half private conversation.
Nobody else except the interpreters attended that.
Nothing was reported.
Did Putin say, if you did this in Greenland, and if you did this with regard to funding Poland, then I can succeed because NATO would be destroyed or significantly weakened
all to the benefit of Putin.
I do not trust Trump and where he wants to go.
But what he would do and has actually done in the past, Greenland is new.
If we force ourselves upon Greenland, it would be a serious, serious blow because we would be invading a NATO country.
How does Article 5 work in that situation?
It doesn't.
But we also know that Trump has been repeatedly in his first term and in his second term, unhappy with NATO.
He did all but to destroy NATO and tried to do it in his first term.
For whose benefit?
