No, I don't think it's an oversimplification.

And so, you know, the case will coming from Louisiana, where we went back 100 years after 1865.

And then you go to 1896 where you have the Plessy versus Ferguson.
And we had all of our rights to be trampled on and reversed.
And now we're looking at 60 years later after the 1965 Voting Rights Act, our freedom really of being a citizen to participate in the democracy is now under attack.
And it's going on right now.
That has to deal with the majority minority district.
That is the case before
The United States Congress right now, can you write laws, write seats for maximum representation?
