The Congress is supposed to have the power of the purse strings.
But by circumventing the law and saying these are executive orders and declaring everything an emergency, he's trying to do things off the balance, off the books, off the balance sheet to obscure what he's doing.
He's doing it because he's weak.
If he was strong, he'd be able to take legislation to the floor.
He would have a bipartisan support.
He's been operating amongst his own party with threats and intimidation.

You saw the Speaker of the House and legislators in Indiana saying that there's a record number of death threats that are going in.
They've increased the amount of security for members of Congress because there are death threats that are coming in.
He is on a campaign of fear.
If he had true power, he would have influence.
He'd be able to sell his ideas to the American people and not try to ram them down, shove them down people's throats.
Well, the good news is that with the release of the Epstein files, and I have to say congratulations to Congressman Thomas Mansfield out of Kentucky and to Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene in the interest of stopping predators and sex traffickers and people abducting children being put into sex slavery.
They stood up and threw that discharge petition overriding the Speaker of the House's will to shield
these documents, it was passed unanimously.
Well, except for one person out of Louisiana.
