We heard stories directly from folks.

and who had family that were taking into secot we tried to get we try to go to uh and some of these prisons of course um that were in el salvador and so we're very aware of the trump administration and the horrors that they have done but to do this for cbs and for and for uh the new leadership there which is clearly uh connected to uh folks in in trump's orbit uh to take this off the air and make that call

And clearly right now, they are trying to take control of all of media, including media that have a long history of reporting balanced news.

And so we've got to be very aware of this.

Absolutely, these issues are on the table.

There's a lot of folks in the Congress looking at this issue in particular.

And I think CBS has still a lot of explaining to do.

I mean, Mike Johnson and the House Republicans are complicit, as far as I'm concerned, in this White House cover-up.

Look, I think it's interesting that both Mike Johnson and Trump's press secretary, Karen Leavitt, they basically responded the same way.

They pointed back to pushing back to why these documents were released and saying, oh, no, listen to Oversight Republicans.

Give me a break.

They've been part of this cover-up.

The only reason we have these documents is because we have pushed and fought to get them public.

And Donald Trump could fix all this if he was being honest with the American public and release the files today.

All of the files are currently under subpoena.

The Department of Justice could get all those files to us right now, but they're refusing to do so because they're clearly covering up information and connections.

The emails that we released today are disturbing.

I mean, they clearly say that

Donald Trump may have spent some significant time with one of the victims.

You hear Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine talking about that.
