We're not even supposed to discuss.

They contradict.

I mean, they'll contradict what another department has said.

And they'll say, this didn't happen.

This doesn't exist.

And then another one will say, this is one we don't know, but we can't figure out.

There's just no answer.

It defies all of our reason.

And they're generally arrogant.
