I wonder what England do if Rice can't play.

For example, if he has to come off at half-time again, what's the plan B?

Because Tuchel, as Jack has written about quite a lot, Tuchel tried a few things to correct that sub, having made it.

And, you know, not that I think Jordan Henderson would be the go-to guy in this situation, but there are only three number eights by trade available now.

So he tried Bellingham there for a bit and then Rhys James went into midfield and then Rodgers ended up kind of playing there for a bit as well.

And that feels like the balance would be off quite early if we had to not play Rice.

And it was Anderson, Bellingham, Rodgers, for example.

And Argentina kind of play four.

They basically play four number eights in quite a narrow system.

So I think to answer the question, get the ball wide.

And Argentina's weakness is probably their fullbacks.

And just get Gordon running at Molina.

Well, Stones was really good in the Norway game, I thought.

But Konza and Gueye kind of had some rhythm as a partnership, which had to be broken up so that Konza could play a right back.
