You know, this happened to Paul.
It's not your fault.
I've had EMDR.
That really helped me.
But you're quite vulnerable, you know, and it didn't take much to pursue in one way or another.
And, you know, sometimes you feel
you know, those friends who walked away from you, that almost seals the fact in your head that, yeah, this was my fault.
And then when perhaps people ignore you in Tesco's because you're that crazy bereaved woman, that just seals again that little bit of, it's because of you.
And I think for so long, that was what I was facing.
It doesn't take now much.
If a friend ignored me in the street now, straight away, it's because I'm a bad person.
Straight away.
It wouldn't be because, oh, it's her problem, which everyone says, well, that's her problem.
It's my problem.
I must have done something.
And then I spend days thinking, what have I done?
And I think that's perhaps something that has improved and hopefully will continue to improve.
But
Yeah, I think grief is complicated because everyone thinks you miss someone and you love them and life makes you sad.
And that for me is just the tip of the iceberg.
