And I think it's just great for your mental health, getting outdoors.

I do a lot of walking and yeah, that's my trainers.

It's a nightmare.

I did go through a phase of it and then I just became a bit tight and I just thought I'm not paying all that money just to run around the block a bit.

So now I've just got the ones that look nice.

Mine are like orange and pink or something now.

I suppose music, because I'm not, I've never been a musical person.

You know, my favorites are the boy bands.

You take that boy zone and things like that.

Never really been a musical person, but I think when you have gone through something,

music has a completely different effect on you and you listen to the word like I never used to listen to the words of songs where now I do you know I've got a specific playlist I've got a running playlist which isn't even upbeat some I've even got my funeral their funeral songs on my running list really yeah which is people look at me like you and go surely you need there's a mixture of upbeat but sometimes they really help me so when I'm running and I'm like I need to go back now

because my cheap trainers are rubbing.

And then one of the funeral songs comes on.

I'm like, no way I'm going to do this.

So yeah, I'd say music now.
