One other thing I want to touch on on the sort of healing recovery spectrum is, you know, we're talking about blood flow, perfusion.
The voodoo floss is like one way to get to that.
I like to run on days that I'm not lifting.
And I find that if I'm really sore, if I did something, if I've been traveling a week, it's crazy.
I'll travel for a week.
And then I come back and I do squats and I'm like, I'm sore.
And I'm like, I've been doing these.
I can't take a week off.
Like, really?
What?
But I find that if I go for a run the next day, it is insanely important for my recovery.
It really helps.
And I mean, it's probably a lot of things going on, but I feel like blood flow is one, right?
You're getting all the goodies to your muscle to recover and your tendons and so on.
But the other way to do that would be something that I've definitely talked about a lot on this podcast and I know that you're a fan of.
which is deliberate heat exposure through sauna or hot tub, where you're also increasing blood flow.
