And six weeks after that, I was on SportsCenter.
Like winning.
It was like hitting the Powerball.
Professional Powerball.
Changed my life.
Age 26.
went from small market in Reading to SportsCenter, which is my dream come true.
And that happened.
I went right to SportsCenter.
That's amazing.
Just before ESPN News was created.
So I was one of the last anchors, I think.
Chris McKendry, who's doing a lot of tennis now, and she's still there, and I were the last ones who were hired and went straight to SportsCenter.
Mike Greenberg had to go right to ESPN News.
But, yeah, that was amazing.
And I'll never forget it.
Like, my audition, I remember I was across the street at ESPN.
