And then in September of this past year, that show is what got me back with ESPN as ESPN is buying NFL Network.

And now I left ESPN to start NFL Network.

And in the 23 years of work that I have been putting my blood, sweat, and tears with so many hardworking, outstanding, football-loving, professional, the men and women in the NFL Network altogether have created something that is worth 10% of ESPN.

And that is what now brings me back to ESPN entirely is shit you cannot make up.

You can't.

But it's also testament to never burn a bridge.

Yes.

It makes no sense no matter how deeply personal you take the business.

Right?

And I'm thrilled.

I couldn't be happier with the way everything's obviously worked out.

I mean, really good for you.

Thank you.

Listen, it's just, again, hard work working with the right people.

You know, I put together, you know, DirecTV helped put together a staff for my show when I took over ownership.

Then COVID hits.

It was a total dark time.
