And so everything we do as it relates to the integration work, as it relates to patient care, it's with kindness in mind, with respect, with excellence, with safety, with teamwork.

We want to make sure that we create investment opportunity to reinvest back into our care teams.

really to allow them to be much more satisfied in the work that they deliver and how they deliver that work across the organization.

We want to make sure that we create an investment opportunity so we can reinvest in the communities that we serve.

We play significant roles outside the four walls of the clinical space.

So it's important that we be efficient so that we create that investment capability to continue to do what we've done for generations.

And that allows us to continue to expand and create greater access points for our patients and for our communities.

I'm most proud that we had the support of both of our boards to actually take this bold step.

You know, at a period of time where it may not have been necessarily obvious, I am proud of the fact that the combined team of leaders from both the legacy organizations came together, laid out a roadmap.

what we call our integration roadmap.

And a year and four months into it, we're executing as planned, maybe even ahead of plan.

Very proud of the fact that as we've done this, we continue to perform at a very high level when it comes to the quality of the care that we provide and how we benchmark against our peers or employee engagement and satisfaction.

our patient satisfaction, our financial performance, and our ability to continue to invest in our communities.

None of those metrics slid backwards.

Matter of fact, most have all been advanced over this first sort of year, year and a half.

Very proud of the 44,000 caregivers.

You know, a lot of this integration, you know, is not occurring in the clinical environment.

And so a large portion of the organization has really stayed focused on our, you know, on our purpose of delivering that exceptional care.

I'm proud of how our board came together.

We added eight new board members.
